Modular Mounting for Maximum Cooling:

3D-printed special mount for Thermalright AXP120-X67:
The mount was specifically developed for use with the AXP120-X67. The precise 3D printing ensures precise positioning over the ASIC and secure, vibration-free installation on the Bitaxe Gamma 601.

Spacers and spacer sleeves:
For optimal positioning of the heat sink on the Bitaxe – vibration-free and securely fixed.

VREG copper heat sinks:
For targeted cooling of the voltage regulator – enables higher efficiency at high loads by thermally relieving the VREG area.

Note on the 12V fan of the AXP120-X67:
The Bitaxe supplies 5V – for the AXP120 fan, replacing it with a 5V fan is recommended, as this is a 12V fan.

The FrostFrame Kit enables the targeted mounting of the Thermalright AXP120-X67 on the Bitaxe Gamma 601 for the first time – for quiet continuous operation, controlled temperature zones and precise thermal fine-tuning.
By deliberately throttling or switching off the 120 mm fan, the ASIC temperature can be deliberately kept in the optimal range between 55 and 60 °C – the so-called thermal sweet spot.
The result: higher energy efficiency with a stable hash rate.
